Kret brand name is the most popular brand name of draincleaners in Poland, which is used by a half of Polish households (51,11 % quantitive market share in 2007 by MEMBR)

Range of products offered by Global Cosmed Group are present on the 15 foreign markets. The main export directions are: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Germany. Products of the group are also sold in other countries: Russia, Albania, Kosovo, USA. There is production plant operating also in field of logistics and sales in Ukraine.
